Not exactly what I asked for but will do

Customer service was off putting. Certainly wouldn’t purchase again. After a miscommunication on another product, seller ignored messages and delayed sending my already purchased product that I paid for expedited shipping on. Unpleasant experience. Sweater was fine although I did put in a request for how i wanted the layout but did not recieve it how I asked or was not provided an explanation regarding request.
